On the exterior, the signature star-shaped cast iron or steel plate is positioned and tightened against the brick face, drawing the wall back toward the structure and preventing further lateral movement.

Masonry Finish Repair

Every drill penetration is grouted, pointed, and sealed. We match the existing mortar color and joint profile so the repair integrates cleanly with your home’s historic brick facade. Where interior plaster or drywall was accessed for rod anchoring, we restore the surface to finished condition.

Final Walkthrough and Documentation

We remove all equipment and debris, restore interior and exterior access areas, and conduct a final walkthrough with the homeowner. You leave with a clear understanding of what was installed, why, and what to watch for going forward. Permit documentation is provided for your records.
